If there is anyone who is having difficulty at work, dealing with bad bosses and/or the management, being harassed, abused, feeling unprotected, drawing a pay less than the minimum pay advised by the Government, wrongly targeted and victimized perhaps because you opposed or brought some illegal practices of the organization to light and suddenly you feel alone ever since you started to fight back instead of submitting to the oppression and suddenly at some point of time, you feel stuck and you need help and want to just talk to someone about what to do, do write in, been there and having done that, will do the best I can to help you out. On The Politico Legal Front

One of the greatest of all motivators is discrimination. Recently I had to walk through the dark shadows of discrimination and realized how scrupulously wicked people can be - particularly the one's dressed up in religious attires - the evilest of the lot.

Somewhere, rather than fall and accept their cruelty - as expected by them, with unquestioning obedience - somehow I mustered the courage and decided to stand up and question their motives and intentions.

In this battle - both political and legal as it turns out to be at this moment - I have been meeting an array of people from the academia, political and legal fronts, who have shown resistance and resilience that followed with absolute bravery and courage displayed at testing times and have emerged victorious to share their brilliant stories of encouragement that motivate people like me now. Unlike the cowards around me who ran away on hearing the slightest hint of a battle when the issues arose, these individuals as a collective, have understood issues I am standing against and principles I stand for and have extended a helping hand right in time.

In one such politico-legal forum recently, while sharing the dais I too shared my story, my ongoing fight against some monsters across the border and was overwhelmed to see at the end of the show how one person becomes a part of a larger group when a connection based on the differences is made and an UNION is established, UNITY is shown and thereby the secluded 'I' turns into an included 'WE' to showcase the strength of togetherness. Hurt Yet Not Retired

Its interesting to see that very often we end up expecting others, maybe another individual or another institution or another organization or another association-to do what we can do ourselves. There is always the some 'other' who thinks the same way too. And at the end of the day noone does anything.

As soon as this petition was started, the 'Indian Frog' theory once again surfaced; there have been discussions about why this move was not initiated through some of the associations or through some of the so called 'established' bodies and I found blockades and subtle threats coming my way quoting some unknown reason to pull a leg rather than offer support or a gentle lift forward. For some reason, it was felt that rather than being a flimsy sleeping dog or a clumsy barking dog, a bite is required at times to establish one's presence and ascertain an identity. Perhaps just tired sleeping and barking like many, something that takes just two minutes to sign and show a presence that could deliberate action could be done through this collective initiative and hence this 'untitled' 'unnamed' 'common' petition which I think is the best way forward in this issue.

Yet, I wish there could be a better representation. Could we just make an attempt to promote this link? Not just in words or discussions or any other thing that diverts us from this cause yet to move others closer into signing this petition and reaching a dignified number (God knows how much!) and move this endeavour closer to success...
